Led the Finance Department from the manual processing of fee collections and COBRA billings to a J.D. Edwards OneWorld® solution for invoicing and A/R statement processing. By setting up and providing training on a J.D. Edwards complementary product called EasyReporting, their Budget Analysts were able to more effectively extract and review budget and actual data. For the County’s Social Services department, we assisted with their migration to J.D. Edwards OneWorld financials and payroll, trained users new to the system, reconciled their annual budget, and developed data extraction methods that significantly improved their month end close process.
